November 3rd is National Sandwich Day. It is easy enough to make than what other menu option we have. Here we give the sandwich recipe with tomato and provolone.

Ingredients of Sandwich Recipe

Finely chopped of 1 small clove garlic

¼ cup low fat mayonnaise

2 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon or basil

1 tablespoon lemon juice

¼ teaspoon freshly ground papper.

Making Process

1. Preheat the oven

2. Mash garlic with chef’s knife on a cutting board. Then combine the paste with mayonnaise, tarragon, lemon juice, pepper and salt.

3. Toasted the bread on a large baking sheet for 1 to 2 minutes. Turn the bread over and divide cheese among 4 of the pieces. Continue broiling for 1 to 2 minutes until the cheese is melted.

4. Garnish the sandwiches with tomato, garlic-herb mayonnaise and melted cheese.
