Ingredients of Sandwich Recipe
Finely chopped of 1 small clove garlic
¼ cup low fat mayonnaise
2 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon or basil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
¼ teaspoon freshly ground papper.
1. Preheat the oven
2. Mash garlic with chef’s knife on a cutting board. Then combine the paste with mayonnaise, tarragon, lemon juice, pepper and salt.
3. Toasted the bread on a large baking sheet for 1 to 2 minutes. Turn the bread over and divide cheese among 4 of the pieces. Continue broiling for 1 to 2 minutes until the cheese is melted.
4. Garnish the sandwiches with tomato, garlic-herb mayonnaise and melted cheese.
