Donald Trump responds to sanctions against Russia
After the Obama administration issued sanction against Russia for its alleged 2016 election, on Thursday President-elect Donald Trump response to sanctions against Russia and said that – it’s time for our country to move on to bigger and better things.
The Obama administration announced sanctions against Russia’s intelligence services, while ejecting dozens of intelligence operatives from the .S. as part of a response to what it says are effort by Moscow to influence the election of United States.
By using an executive order, President Obama sanctioned the GRU and the FSB. Which are the 2 of Russian’s intelligence services. The Democratic National Committee hired the cyber security to investigate the hack of its emails earlier this year concluded the hacking came from the Fancy Bear group.
President Obama also announced that the Department of Homeland Security and FBI will release declassified information on Russian cyberactivity, to help the whole investigation.
Vladimir Putin – President of Russia said in response to the announcement that Moscow will consider retaliatory measures. And Russian Embassy in the UK took different approach, tweeting out a picture, what it called “Cold War déjà vu.”
The intelligence services of U.S. have concluded that the Russian interfered in the election to help and to try Donald Trump win. And Trump has dismissed the conclusions.
